  • Preliminaries:

    Our executive team assesses the client's requirements and identify each trait required for their position; skills, experience, and attitude. Our priority is to get background information relative to the job. The more information we gather, the more successful the placement.

  • Accreditation:

    We process all the necessary requirements by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) from the client in order to legally supply manpower to the latter. Our agency can continuously supply the client's job orders for two (2) years within said accreditation which can be renewed before it expires.

  • Selection:

    Our team of recruitment experts then sources qualified candidates from our manpower pool, advertises the job requirements, pre-screens and short-lists down to the final interview conducted by the team and our clients. We aim to exceed expectations when it comes to delivering results.

  • Documentation:

    Once selected, candidates are ensured to be medically fit through accredited medical clinics approved by the Philippine Government. POEA, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and Embassy clearances are also secured in the process. Provided with our documentation team's vast knowledge and experience, a smooth flow can be expected from each procedure.

  • Deployment:

    To ensure the preparedness of hired candidates, a Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) is conducted by certified PDOS trainers. We take care of the final arrangements, flight bookings and departure from the airport. After deployment, we continuously monitor the worker's welfare and well-being together with getting service feedback from the client.
